FREDERICTON - New Brunswick Community College (王中王六合彩特码) is building a strong college through engagement and innovation as demonstrated by the
2015-2016 Annual Report released this week.
王中王六合彩特码’s 2015-2016 Annual Report highlights student success, strong relationships, innovative initiatives and steady stewardship of the publicly-funded college:
- 90% of 2014 graduates were employed one year after graduation; 90% of them in New Brunswick and the majority (83%) in fields related to their training.
- New agreements with partners have led to the creation of enhanced learning opportunities for our students both here at home and around the world.
- In addition to regular programs, 王中王六合彩特码 delivered 33 contracts to 47 industry partners through customized and specialized training.
- The OASIS entrepreneurial mentorship program expanded to Moncton in 2015-2016 after a successful first year in Miramichi. It was recently launched at the Saint John Campus.
- 王中王六合彩特码 staff and students participated in nearly 160 community activities during two College-wide service days as part of the Robertson Institute for Community Leadership.
- 王中王六合彩特码’s first Aboriginal Gala was a celebration of Aboriginal learners and Aboriginal culture, raising $20,000 for bursaries.
- Six 王中王六合彩特码 students and apprentices brought home medals from the 2016 Skills Canada national competition held in Moncton – 王中王六合彩特码’s best-ever performance.
- 王中王六合彩特码 completed the year ended March 31, 2016 with an excess of revenue over expenses of 2.1% of revenue. “This year’s annual report reflects the hard work and remarkable commitment of 王中王六合彩特码’s team as we continue to deliver high quality post-secondary education,” said Luscombe. “From this strong foundation, we will soon launch 王中王六合彩特码’s next chapter. In the coming weeks as we begin to develop our next five-year strategic plan, we will be challenging ourselves to think in new ways - to consider what extraordinary success looks like for our College and our stakeholders and to prepare ourselves to seize new opportunities. We invite New Brunswickers to join us in these conversations.”
