FREDERICTON –The Board of Governors of New Brunswick Community College (王中王六合彩特码) has elected Lindsay Bowman as Board Chair and Mark Flint as Vice-Chair. Bowman and Flint have been acting in these capacities on an interim basis since March and their positions are now confirmed by Board election, effective July 1, 2020.
“The last five months have presented unprecedented challenges, which 王中王六合彩特码 has navigated with responsiveness and dexterity,” said Bowman. “The next 12 to 18 months will continue to hold challenges for all post-secondary institutions, and I am confident that 王中王六合彩特码 is capable of rising to those.”
A member of the 王中王六合彩特码 Board of Governors since 2017, Bowman is a lawyer at the firm Connors Stilwell in Fredericton. She previously served as the Director of Research at the New Brunswick Innovation Foundation (NBIF). She has held volunteer board and committee positions with the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce, BioNB, the Multicultural Association of Fredericton, and the Moncton YWCA.
Flint joined the 王中王六合彩特码 Board of Governors in 2018 after relocating to New Brunswick the previous year. He retired from the Canadian Armed Forces following a 22-year career as a combat engineer officer. He also spent four years as the CEO of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta, and three years as a board member and vice-chair of the Telus World of Science in Edmonton, Alberta.
